Mingjie L. Hoemmen joined O’Brien and Padilla in 2024 with civil litigation, commercial law, and employment law experience. She received her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications at the University of California Berkeley in 2005, and her JD at the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2019. Her litigation experience includes defending businesses in the federal courts, New Mexico district courts, and administrative courts in various states. Ms. Hoemmen’s skills include discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, post-judgment collections, and commercial contract drafting and reviews with a focus on computer technology.
