Ms. Allensworth graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1996 and has since built a distinguished practice representing insurers and insureds in complex litigation. Her practice focuses on insurance bad faith defense, insurance coverage disputes, insurance defense, and first- and third-party automobile and commercial liability matters. Although her background includes a broad range of legal matters, Ms. Allensworth’s primary expertise lies in insurance law. She is particularly skilled in defending bad faith claims and resolving complex insurance coverage disputes involving commercial general liability, automobile liability, homeowners’ liability, and professional services liability policies. Her ability to analyze intricate policy language and develop effective litigation strategies has consistently delivered strong results for her clients.

With decades of litigation experience, Ms. Allensworth is known for her strategic approach, tenacity, and meticulous attention to detail. She has successfully guided numerous cases through the New Mexico appellate courts and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, resulting in dozens of published opinions—an accomplishment that reflects both the significance of the legal issues involved and the strength of her advocacy.

She is admitted to practice in all New Mexico state and federal courts, as well as the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
